* All international orders will be sent by Singapore SpeedPost Air Parcel.
Overseas Normal Postage (All Countries) :
* (MyFashinStory will not be held responsible if there are any damages or lost for this delivery process)
- Article will be delivered to your address mailbox buy your local postal service.
- * No tracking number is available for normal postage, please ensure your mail box is cleared to ensure receiving of items on time.
- * Estimated delivery within 10~21 working days(excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holiday) to major cities of the world C.O.P (Certificate Of Posting) will be provided upon request for any normal postage.

Overseas Registered Postage (All Countries) : (Most Recommended)
- * Article will be delivered directly to the stated address by your local postal service
- * Tracking number will be given upon request.
- * Estimated delivery within 10~21 working days(excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holiday) to major cities of the world
- * Overseas Registered postage required a additional surcharge of SGD $3.00 on top of normal postage.

* Upon successful payment, your order will be processed within next 2~3 weeks. You will receive an email when your order has been send out. An unique shipment tracking number will be provided in the email. International shipping usually arrives within 10 - 14 business day, but may take up to 16 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
* The stated delivery time is for reference only. We don't guarantee the actual delivery time. Late arrival may be due to the following reasons:
1. Parcels delayed by Local Customs.
2. Parcels are returned to the nearest Post office.
3. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
4. Parcels sent back to us due to unclaimed for over 10 days
Shipping Cost
* All shipping cost will be shown upon checkout from our shopping cart.
* Shipping cost will be based on Weights and Zone (Distance from Singapore).
- Take Note: If you are purchasing only 1 item and very far away from Singapore, your shipping cost might be more than the price of the item, because Registered Air Parcel charges starts from 0.5KG so the more you buy, the shipping cost for EACH item will drop.
Shipping For Re-stock/Replacement Items
• We will send the restock items out once there is stock. However, we do not guarantee the delivery time.
* You can choose to keep the remaining money for your next order.
* All re-stock/replacements items will be mailed out using Registered Air Mail.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES
International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees :
* MyFashionStory ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.
- * USPS's local country affiliates may charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
